Hello, we have been clients of Robb’s for over a year because we first had a condo to sell, then we sold our current townhome and finally, we purchased our next property, all within a timely period and for what we desired monetarily to sell for and to purchase for, all thanks to Robb Brown!
As semi retired, former Albertans who moved permanently to Vernon ten years ago, we didn’t know the area nor the real estate market very well, so we trusted that any local Realtor could help us, but as everyone knows some realtors are very good and some not so much. We are proud to say and have been telling anyone who is looking for a realtor that without a doubt, Robb Brown is the most professional, proficient, personable realtor we have ever worked with. And we have worked with a couple of very good realtors. On a personal level, Robb took the time to get to know us, our needs and then was by our side as we viewed properties and neighbourhoods together. We always felt we could trust Robb to look after us almost like family, and for that, we will never be able to thank him enough. In our opinion, Royal LePage is fortunate to have Robb as their realtor, as we will be repeat customers for as long as Robb remains in his profession.
Last month the sale of our property was completed.
The Webb/Doucette Real Estate Team of Royal LePage Downtown Realty, were our agents. My husband and I would like to commend them for their dedicated, outstanding and professional work. The transactions were often difficult. Many "extra demands" that were not part of the contract were made and expected. As sellers we went over and above - often not deemed sufficient. Even after the deal was completed and closed, the buyer had demands that she felt we had not met. Shawn Webb handled these demands with her Realtor - not loosing his cool, taking the high road. This included taking items to the dump, without complaining. Our intention is not to make a list of the hassles, just a letter expressing how much we appreciated the team. To top things off, our gift from them - housecleaning after we moved out! That's over the top.
